Viestinnän ammattilaisten palkkasuositus yksityiselle sektorille on päivittynyt 1.5.2022. Palkkasuositus on voimassa 30.4.2024 asti.

Viestijät voivat hyödyntää palkkasuositusta esimerkiksi palkkaneuvotteluissa tai palkkapyynnön määrittelyssä. Myös yksityisen sektorin työnantajat voivat käyttää palkkasuositusta esimerkiksi palkan määrittelyn, palkkakehityksen sekä palkka-avoimuuden tukena. 

Vähimmäispalkkasuositus perustuu työn vaativuuteen

Vähimmäispalkkasuositus perustuu työn vaativuuteen, jonka mukaan palkat on ryhmitelty 1) asiantuntijatason, 2) vaativan asiantuntijatason, 3) päällikkötason ja 4) johtotason tehtäviin. Vaativuustasojen mukaiset tehtävänkuvaukset ja niiden mukaiset vähimmäispalkat löydät palkkasuosituksesta.

Suositus vähimmäispalkaksi nousee 2 prosentilla

Yleisen työmarkkinalinjan mukaisesti suosituksen mukaisia vähimmäispalkkoja korotetaan 1.5.2022 yleiskorotuksella, jonka suuruus on 2 % ja 1.5.2023 yleiskorotuksella, jonka suuruus on 2 %. Työn vaativuuden ja sijainnin mukaiset vähimmäispalkkasuositukset vuodelle 2022 ovat seuraavanlaiset:
